Haaly
Homes intelligently built.
Haaly is a new real estate development company founded by architects.
The founders aim to change the perception of residential developers in the Polish market by offering a more transparent sales and construction process, building homes with high-quality architecture that promote happiness and community building.
The project involved developing a brand strategy, name, visual identity, printed materials, catalogue, and website.
Challenge:
The housing market in Poland has long struggled with a lack of transparency and a focus on profit over quality. The founders of Haaly saw a significant opportunity to create a brand that would appeal to customers who value a transparent process, well-designed living spaces, and strong communities. The challenge was to develop a brand identity that effectively conveyed the values and mission of Haaly, differentiated it from the competition, and captured the essence of “happy living”.
Solution:
The branding project began with workshops to jointly define the values, character, and target group of the brand. We then developed a brand strategy, the essence of which we captured in the slogan “Houses intelligently built”. In the next stage, we created the brand name “Haaly”, derived from the English words “happiness”, “living”, and “intelligently”, which reflects its essence and values and effectively communicates the company’s mission of creating homes, not just buildings, and promoting a better quality of life for its residents.
We then designed a visual identity that visually represents the essence of the Haaly brand. It included creating a friendly and modern logo, a color palette that evokes feelings of warmth and comfort, and the choice of typography that is both contemporary and accessible. The project was complemented by a system of illustrations and icons.
